The Supporting People Partnership in Nottinghamshire brings together the County Council, seven District Councils, two Primary Care Trusts and the Probation Service to direct housing related support services in the County.
The Partnership plans, monitors performance, reviews and funds providers of the county's housing-related support services. This currently includes services for over 20,000 people in:
- Supported housing
- Women's refuges
- Supported living schemes
- Sheltered accommodation
- Floating support services
