Sustainable Community Strategy

The Consultation for the Nottinghamshire's Draft Sustainable Community Strategy 2010 to 2020 is now closed.

Autumn Leaves

A sustainable community strategy is a set of priorities that are chosen based on evidence and consultation to improve the quality of life for local people. Local agencies then work together in partnership to accomplish these priorities.

The sustainable community strategy is important because it sets out the topics that you tell us are essential in making Nottinghamshire a good place to live.

Nottinghamshire's Draft Sustainable Community Strategy 2010 to 2020 replaces All Together Better, the first community strategy for Nottinghamshire, which ran from 2005 to 2009.
