Sustainable Community Strategy

Autumn Leaves

Nottinghamshire's Sustainable Community Strategy 2010 to 2020 replace All Together Better, the first community strategy for Nottinghamshire, which ran from 2005 to 2009. The new strategy was approved at the County Council meeting on 25 February 2010, following a period of consultation.

The new Community Strategy sets out priorities that you tell us are essential in making Nottinghamshire a good place to live.

The six priorities for Nottinghamshire

  • A greener Nottinghamshire

  • A place where Nottinghamshire's children achieve their full potential

  • A safer Nottinghamshire

  • Health and well-being for all

  • A more prosperous Nottinghamshire

  • Making Nottinghamshire's communities stronger

It would be really helpful to us in our consultation and equality impact assessment work if you would consider completing a comment/equalities monitoring form on www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/keystrategiesandplans.htm.
