What do we do?
The Nottinghamshire Partnership is focused on improving the lives of everyone in Nottinghamshire.
The partners are the lead agencies in those areas that affect us all – from health and education to housing and the environment. The partners are also working to ensure every resident in Nottinghamshire has a say in local decision-making and feels safer both at home and out and about.
All Together Better: Nottinghamshire’s Sustainable Community Strategy, puts forward a clear vision designed to make a lasting and positive difference to the county. The document also provides the framework for the work of partner agencies within Nottinghamshire, setting out the outcomes we want to achieve and the differences we want to make in the future and by specific points in between.
The delivery of Nottinghamshire’s vision is realised through Nottinghamshire’s Local Area Agreement, a three year action plan which sets detailed targets to help achieve our outcomes.
